Aerials or air steps are moves where your feet leave the ground and you fly in the air. In this workshop you will learn beginner aerials and how to train for them. There is no partner change, registration only with a fixed partner. Everyone with and without aerial experience is welcome, good basic fitness and secure Lindy Hop basics required.
