CODE OF CONDUCT

ON COURSE

Be on time.
Be kind to others and yourself.
Only give feedback when you are asked to do so.
In our courses, we promote the learning of both roles in order to break down traditional gender roles and create an inclusive dance community

Treat the staff with respect.
You can politely say "no" to a dance.
A "no" must always be accepted without discussion.
You can dance as many or as few dances with one person as you like.
Be aware that everyone, regardless of gender, can lead, follow or change.
Dance so that it is safe for you, your partner and the dancers people around you.
If you bump into someone, apologize and ask if he/she is okay.

Please speak kindly, politely and respectfully to others. Misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic or racist remarks will not be tolerated.
We do not accept any form of harassment, violence or behavior that endangers safety. The organizers reserve the right to exclude participants without refund in the event of misconduct.
If you see or hear something that bothers you or might bother others, please let us know. This also applies if it involves a teacher.
