CODE OF CONDUCT

IN THE COURSE

• Be punctual.

• Be kind to others and to yourself.

• Only give feedback when asked to do so.

AT THE PARTIES

• Treat staff with respect.

• You can politely say "no" to a dance.

• A "no" is always to be accepted without discussion.

• You can dance as many or as few dances as you want with one person.

• Be aware that everyone, regardless of gender, can lead, follow or switch.

• Dance in a way that is safe for you, your partner, and those dancers around you.

• If you bump into someone, apologise and ask if he/she is OK.

AT ALL TIMES

• Please speak kindly, politely and respectfully to others. Misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic or racist remarks will not be tolerated.

• We do not accept any form of harassment, violence or behaviour that endangers safety. The organisers reserve the right to exclude participants without refund in case of misconduct.
